- Processing begins after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- During peak seasons, processing may take longer - we will notify you if delays are expected
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped

3. Shipping Locations

3.3 Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (for certain shipping methods)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for arrangements)

- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Recipient Unavailable: The carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery
- Refused Delivery: Refused packages will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs
6.2 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damaged package and item
- Do not discard the packaging - it may be needed for investigation
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
7. Shipping Address
Important: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Additional shipping fees for address corrections
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
To update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only change the address if the order has not yet shipped.
8. Multiple Items and Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items:
- Items may ship together or separately depending on availability
- If items ship separately, you will receive tracking for each shipment
- You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments
- If some items are delayed, available items may ship first
